据中国贸易救济信息网，6月18日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定陀螺稳定电动独轮车及其组件和下游产品（Certain Gyro-Stabilized Electric Unicycles and Components Thereof and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1488）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年5月21日作出的初裁（No.11）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告中国广东Inmotion Technologies Co., Ltd. d/b/a Inmotion of China深圳乐行天下科技有限公司的调查。

　　2026年3月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定陀螺稳定电动独轮车及其组件和下游产品（Certain Gyro-Stabilized Electric Unicycles and Components Thereof and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1488）。

　　2026年1月21日，美国Inventist, Inc. of Camas, Washington、美国Alien Technology Group, Inc.d/b/a Alien Rides of San Francisco, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号8,807,250、D729,698），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
