据中国贸易救济信息网3月24日消息，2025年3月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定外国制造的半导体器件及其下游产品和组件（Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1443）。
2025年2月18日，爱尔兰Longitude Licensing Ltd. of Ireland、爱尔兰Marlin Semiconductor Limited of Ireland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,745,847、9,093,473、9,147,747、9,184,292），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
中国台湾地区Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited of Taiwan、美国Apple Inc. of Cupertino, CA、美国Broadcom Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、中国香港特别行政区Lenovo Group Limited of China、中国湖北Motorola (Wuhan) Mobility Technologies Communication Company Limited of China摩托罗拉（武汉）移动技术通信有限公司、中国福建Motorola Mobile Communication Technology Ltd. of China摩托罗拉移动通信技术有限公司、中国广东OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、美国Qualcomm Inc. of San Diego, CA为列名被告。
美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
